Warranty Information

All items sold at Maxx Discount are covered by the statutory rights provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means that every item must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Upon discovering any fault or misdescription with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please be aware that as our products are catalogue returns and discounted, they may bear signs of handling or use, distinct from being considered faulty. We ensure to provide accurate descriptions for every item, enabling you to make an informed purchase decision.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via our Contact Us page for return inquiries and instructions on how to proceed.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items, with the exception of damaged or defective goods, to cover processing and handling costs.
  • Return Shipping: The responsibility for return shipping costs falls to the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.


For exchanges, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the new item in a timely manner and helps streamline the exchange process.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, refund processing time may vary for banks and credit card companies.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and no compensation is offered for returns arranged by the customer. This includes any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Non-returnable Items:

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned.

Statutory Rights

Please note, the rights described above complement your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond our 30-day return window for refunds, you retain the right to a repair or replacement for up to six years (five in Scotland) should your purchase not meet the statutory requirements of quality, fitness for purpose, or description at the time of delivery.
