Warranty & Returns

If you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, we’d like to know. Our return policy allows you 30 days from receiving the item to return it. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items we sell are returns and may not be perfect, but not necessarily faulty, so inspect your item before collection. If you wish to return an item, there will be a 10% restocking fee, except for damaged or defective items. Contact us at our “Contact Us” page for return inquiries. Returns shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us for questions about specific items.

For exchanges, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary for banks and credit card companies.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and no compensation is offered for returns arranged by the customer.
